HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day and are
processed by us within 48hours.
Ordering is easy and safe.
Enter in our online shop.
Surf and select your products. To add your selection
in the cart, click on
"ADD TO CART".
Once the product is in the cart, you can always cancel
or change the quantity
at any time later on.
If you apply any modification to the order, be sure to
click on “UPDATE”.
Once the order is completed, from the main bar on the
top select “ORDER” and
follow the simple instructions supplied by the system.
DO YOU SEND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once you have sent your order, a first automatic
response as confirmation will be sent together with the
order code number and description.
CAN I GET THE SHIPMENT SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADRESS
FROM THE PERSONAL ONE AND/OR THE ONE I AM CHARGED ON?
Yes, on order page you can insert a different shipping
address from the one supplied as personal.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If shipment has not been made you have the possibility
to cancel your order sending an
email to
customerservice@domodesigner.com
indicating the code number of your
order and the products you are willing to cancel.
We will then stop the order and provide to credit any
amount paid by bank swift or to cancel any operation
made with your credit card.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
If shipment has not been made you have the possibility
to modify your order sending an
email to
customerservice@domodesigner.com
indicating the code number of your order and the
products you are willing to modify. We will then inform
you the new order terms with new price value. If this
value is higher of the previous one, we will ask you to
send the difference, otherwise we will send the
difference by bank swift or diminishing the captured
value from you credit card.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE WITHOUT USING MY CREDIT CARD?
You can also pay your orders by bank swift.
To process your order we will ask you to make a bank
transfer for the 10% of the entire order value at the
bank address we indicate.
When order is ready for shipment you will be asked to
transfer the remaining value so enabling us to ship
goods. Please contact us if you wish to receive further
information on this subject.
WHAT IF PRODUCT DOES NOT COMPLY TO MY EXPECTATIONS?
In
receipt of the European directive 97/71/CE concerning
the customer protection, you can exercise the right of
withdrawal within 10 working days from goods arrival.
You shall for this purpose notify your intention by
means of registered letter to:

Suject: notice of withdrawal
As stated by the above mentioned directive, the product
must be returned in its original packaging and without damages
and defects. Return transport is on customer’s behalf.
When we receive the goods and after having checked its
conditions, we will refund the entire amount paid for
the purchasing by means of bank swift where previously
indicated.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE
PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
In case you receive a
damaged product or if the product may show some
defects, we shall
replace it or , in case
of return, we shall refund it.
All costs given by
replacement are at our expence.
In order to ask for a
replacement request, you shall send an
email to
customerservice@domodesigner.com with following
informations:
- code number of your
order ( the one which you have received as
confirmation )
- item/ product
description
- information/description
about the problem
- your references for
contact
HOW MY PERSONAL DATA
ARE USED AND STORED?
We
inform you that the personal data that you supply may
be processed in compliance with Art. 10 of Act n° 675
of 31 December 1996 concerning the protection of
persons and other subjects with regard to the
processing of personal data.
The personal data will be processed electronically
with the utmost confidentiality and will be used for
the execution of the contract and for the processing
of the purchase order for the products. The supplying
of personal data is compulsory for the purpose of the
provision of the service.
