Orders
can be sent online 24 hours a day, all days and are
processed by us within 48 hours.

order is easy and safe.

Surf and select your wished products.

To add the goods you want to buy,
please click on
"ADD to CART"
in the product page.

Once the selected product has been
included in the cart, you can always cancel it or
to change the qty at any time.

If you modify the order, please make
sure that you update cart clicking on “UPDATE”.

Once the order is completed, select
the page “ORDER” from navigation bar.

Fill your personal data in the form
and select “ SEND ORDER”.

will be addressed and connected with our Payment gateway
by means of
encrypted connection ensuring a
complete assurance in the transaction and
confidentiality of your credit card data.

SATISFIED OR REFUND
Based
on Directive 97/7/CE concerning customer
protection, you have the right to withdraw from the
contract within 10 working days from receipt of goods.
You
must notify your intention by means of registered letter
with return receipt to:

Subj: Withdrawal advise
As
foreseen by the above mentioned Legislative Decree,
goods shall be returned in its original packing and
undamaged with carriage of redelivery is at your
expenses.
Once
the goods is received and checked, we shall refund the
paid amount by means of bank transfer as per your
instructions or discharge of your credit card through
our bank.
RETURNS AND GOODS CHANGE
In case
that the received product shall be damaged or faulty, we
will replace or refund it.
All the
expenses for replacement are entirely on our account.
In
order to start a request of return/replacement you shall
send an e-mail to
customerservice@domodesigner.com
with the following information:

code number
of your order ( as notified by our system);

product
description;
-
reason for
return or change;

your
reference for any contact need;
ORDER CANCELLATION
You
have the possibility to cancel your order if shipping
has not yet been made by sending an e-mail to
customerservice@domodesigner.com
, indicating your order number, code number and qty of
the item you intend to cancel.
We will
then stop the order and refund you of the paid amount by
means of bank transfer or cancellation of credit card
charge

that you supply may be processed in compliance with Art.
10 of Act n° 675 of 31 December 1996 concerning the
protection of persons and other subjects with regard to
the processing of personal data.
The personal data will be processed electronically with

purchase order for the products. The supplying of
personal data is compulsory for the purpose of the
