prices indicated on our shop are meant in Euro, ex
our shop delivery.
In
some countries an additional import or custom tax
may be due. Cost and settlement
of
this eventual import or custom duty are to be paid

Shipping cost may vary upon destinations and amount
of order.
You
can check the total cost of shipping on “CART” page
once the destination area
is
filled.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We
accept the following forms of payment:
*Bank transfer:
You
have the possibility to pay your order also by means of
bank transfer.
In
order to issue your order, we will ask you to make a
bank transfer as order confirmation for 30% of the
total amount at the bank address we provide you.
As
goods is ready to be shipped, we will ask you to pay the
difference and we will ship your order.

DELIVERY TIME
The
average delivery time is normally between three to four
weeks at latest.
This is
due to the nature of the items offered which have in
different possible variants
as
materials and finishing. For this reason we can not
effort to keep all items in stock.
The
most requested and sold items are on the contrary
normally shipped in max 10 days
if not
ready to ship.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
All the
products offered by us are available by our warehouse in
Serravalle - RSM.
You can
then collect by yourself the ordered goods once
available.
In the
case you cannot do it, we offer the possibility to
organise the collection of the goods on your behalf.
DOMODESIGNER DOES NOT DELIVER THO GOODS DIRECTLY.
If you
want to receive your order directly at a wished address,
you shall fill the shipping address in the order form.
With
this filling you will give the order to conventional
shippers to deliver the goods on your behalf.
Transport costs are calculated and set upon order value
and destination. You can check these transport costs on
ORDER page once provided the destination country and
payment
option in the form.
Every
product is packed properly.
Prior
to delivery you will be contacted by the forwarder to
agree date and time of delivery.

CLASSIFIED DOMINION
Until
that the payment of the ordered goods and/or delivered
goods will not be finalized, all the goods will remain
of exclusive property of Domo Designer.
